For bundle orders, both items must be returned together — partial returns on bundled purchases are not accepted, as the discount applies to the complete order.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Items

Items that are damaged, used beyond normal trial, or returned without prior approval are not eligible for a refund.
