We stand behind every SoftySteps product. If you are not satisfied with the comfort or fit of your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 90 days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The return request must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your order. The product must be undamaged and in its original condition — normal trial use is acceptable. Sale and discounted items are only eligible for return in the case of a manufacturing defect. For bundle orders, both items must be returned together — partial returns on bundled purchases are not accepted, as the discount applies to the complete order.
Shipping & COD Fees
Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. If your order was paid via Cash on Delivery, the COD service fee of 0.200 KD is also non-refundable.

Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
