SoftySteps currently ships to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Iraq. International shipping is available and expanding.
Delivery Timeframes
Kuwait Orders confirmed and paid before 3:00 PM are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are delivered the following day. Orders placed on Thursday after 3:00 PM are delivered on Saturday, as Friday is a day off.
GCC Countries & Iraq Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days.
International Delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on destination and local customs processing.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices for GCC orders are inclusive of shipping, customs, and taxes. No additional charges are applied upon delivery.
Payment Methods
Kuwait orders accept cash on delivery, payment links, and all major cards. GCC and international orders require online payment at checkout.
Order Tracking
A tracking link will be sent via WhatsApp or email once your order has been dispatched.
