What is the difference between 0.5mm and 1mm thickness?
The 0.5mm cushion is ideal for tight-fitting shoes
where space is limited — it adds gentle cushioning
without affecting shoe fit. The 1mm cushion provides
more noticeable relief and is better suited for
shoes with extra room or for those who need
stronger heel support.
Will the cushion stay in place during use?
Yes. The Softy Heel Cushion has a self-adhesive
backing that attaches firmly to the heel area
inside your shoe. For best results, make sure
the surface is clean and dry before applying.
Can I move it from one shoe to another?
The cushion is designed for permanent placement
in one shoe. Removing and reattaching it may
reduce the adhesive strength. We recommend
purchasing one per pair of shoes.
What shoe types does it work with?
The Softy Heel Cushion works with most closed-toe
shoe types including formal shoes, sneakers,
boots, and work shoes. It is not recommended
for open-back sandals or flip flops.
Is it suitable for heel spur pain?
Yes. The cushion helps reduce direct pressure
on the heel bone, which can relieve discomfort
associated with heel spurs and general heel pain.

How long does delivery take?
Kuwait: same-day delivery for orders placed before 3 PM. Orders after 3 PM are delivered the next day. Orders placed after 3 PM on Thursday are delivered on Saturday (Friday is a day off). GCC countries & Iraq: 2–5 business days.

Contact us via WhatsApp within 90 days of purchase. Product must be undamaged. Bundle orders: if you purchased a bundle of 2 items with a discount, you must return both items together to receive a full refund. Returning one item alone is not accepted — as the bundle discount applies to the complete order, not individual items. Return shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Refunds processed within 5–15 business days.
Can I return one item from a bundle order?
Bundle discounts apply to the complete order. If you'd like to return a bundle purchase, both items must be returned together for a full refund. Returning a single item from a bundle is not accepted, as the individual item price would differ from the discounted bundle price.
